Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle overall plant mechanical operations and maintenance.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum plant efficiency.
- Supervise technicians, operators, and maintenance staff.
- Plan daily maintenance activities and manpower requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and machinery problems.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts inventory, and reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Purchase departments.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper maintenance procedures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.




- Identify ways to reduce maintenance costs and improve productivity.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant mechanical plant experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance.
- Good team-handling and leadership skills.
- Solid troubleshooting and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage plant operations independently.

Salary: ₹55,000/month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
