We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive who can support our growing team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administration.

Role Purpose

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment and hiring. The role will involve sourcing and coordinating with candidates, supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Hiring – Primary Responsibility

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, referrals, recruitment consultancies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer and joining process.
- Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline/talent pool for recurring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants/agencies whenever required.




- Support background verification and reference checks.

Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

- Coordinate the complete employee onboarding process.
- Collect and verify joining documents and employee information.
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR records.
- Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee databases and HR trackers.
- Track probation, confirmations, resignations, notice periods and exits.
- Support attendance, leave and WFH tracking.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for salary-related inputs.

Employee Engagement

- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.
- Coordinate employee birthdays, work anniversaries and team celebrations.
- Assist in organizing employee activities, events and internal communication.
- Act as a point of contact for routine employee queries.

HR Policies & Compliance

- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
- Ensure employee records and documentation are maintained accurately.
- Support statutory/compliance-related HR activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

HR Reporting & Administration

- Maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports.
- Track hiring status, joining ratios, attrition and other HR metrics.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Support general administrative activities related to employees and the office.





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Positive follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR operations is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in education, EdTech, consulting, recruitment, startups, or other fast-growing organizations will be preferred.

- Number of positions successfully closed.
- Time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Candidate pipeline quality.
- Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Timely completion of onboarding documentation.
- Accuracy of employee records and HR trackers.

- Timely completion of HR activities and reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
