We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, coordinate with transporters and customers, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple shipments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch and shipment activities.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and other required dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers and internal departments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain dispatch, logistics and delivery records.
- Follow up with transporters regarding vehicle availability and delivery status.
- Handle transportation-related issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Verify dispatch quantities, product details and documentation before shipment.




- Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading and dispatch.
- Monitor pending and delayed deliveries and take necessary follow-up.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics and dispatch procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Transport or Warehouse Operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of e-way bills, invoices and delivery documentation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
