Key Responsibilities

* Handle calls and enquiries from potential clients.

* Understand client profiles and immigration requirements.

* Explain visa and immigration services clearly.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Maintain accurate client and follow-up records in CRM.

* Coordinate with the processing team for smooth client onboarding.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

* Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

* Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to explain complex information clearly.

* Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and email.
