Position: Finishing Engineer
Industry: Construction / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all finishing works at the construction site.
- Coordinate activities related to flooring, tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
- Check materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and construction procedures.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of construction finishing works and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and site supervision skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Typically 2–8 years in construction/real estate finishing works.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
