We’re Hiring – NPD / Design Engineer (AutoCAD)

At Vaishnav Fastners, we’re looking to strengthen our New Product Development team with a skilled Design Engineer.

Role: NPD / Design Engineer
Location: Vasai / Mumbai
Industry: Fasteners | Manufacturing

What you’ll do

- Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD
- Interpret customer drawings and specifications
- Support recent product development from concept to production
- Work closely with production and quality teams
- Ensure drawings are accurate and manufacturing-friendly

Who we’re looking for

- Diploma / BE Mechanical
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (must)
- 1–5 years experience in design / NPD (manufacturing preferred)
- Attention to detail and strong technical understanding
- Fastener industry experience is a plus
