We're Hiring: UKG Pro WFM Test Engineer | Functional Testing & Configuration | Remote – India | 5–6 Years

Techwurkz is hiring an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Test Engineer for a leading global technology and services environment. Ideal for professionals with hands-on UKG WFM configuration, functional testing, test execution, and validation experience.

Position Details

✔ Role: UKG Pro Workforce Management – Test Engineer
✔ Experience: 5–6 Years
✔ Location: Remote – India
✔ Work Model: Remote
✔ Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
✔ Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

✔ Validate UKG Pro WFM configurations across key workforce management processes.
✔ Design, execute, and document test scenarios, test cases, and defect reports.
✔ Validate Accruals, Business Structure, Pay Rules, Attendance, and WFM configurations.
✔ Analyze how configuration changes impact downstream workforce processes.
✔ Perform end-to-end functional testing and configuration validation.
✔ Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and document findings.
✔ Collaborate with technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
✔ Support enterprise UKG implementation, migration, and validation activities.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5–6 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
✔ Strong experience in UKG configuration and functional testing.
✔ Hands-on knowledge of Accruals, Business Structure, Pay Rules, Attendance,



and Workforce Management.
✔ Strong understanding of configuration dependencies and downstream processes.
✔ Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
✔ Solid analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
