Position: SAP FICO End User

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO End User who will be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting activities using SAP. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes, accounting principles, and experience working with business transactions and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance transactions in SAP FICO.
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Process and verify vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and journal entries.
- Handle bank accounting and bank reconciliation activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform vendor and customer reconciliation.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset creation, depreciation, and retirement.
- Assist with cost center, profit center, and internal order accounting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and compliance with company finance policies.
- Coordinate with internal finance teams, auditors, vendors, and customers as required.




- Identify and resolve transaction-related issues in SAP.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Support finance-related SAP process improvements and UAT activities.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of SAP FICO – FI and CO.
- Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Taxation.
- Knowledge of Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience in month-end closing and reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot SAP transaction and accounting issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA/CA Inter/CMA/M.Com or equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
- Experience working as an SAP FICO End User in a corporate finance environment.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage.
