Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining valuable relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain company services and offers clearly to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
