Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory control, material issue, documentation, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Check quantity, quality, and condition of materials received.
- Properly store and organize raw materials, finished goods, packing materials, and other inventory.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP and Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer, and other store-related documents.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper identification,



labeling, and storage of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Ensure proper handling of damaged, rejected, expired, or excess materials.
- Support internal and external audits and provide required stock-related documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, or Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of SAP B1 / ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
