About the Role
Billebon is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Outbound Sales Executive to handle customer calling, lead generation, and sales activities for our fast-growing D2C brand. The role involves outbound cold calling, following up with website leads, generating B2B and B2C orders, customer engagement, and collecting customer feedback. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills with a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound cold calls to generate B2B and B2C sales opportunities
● Call website leads and potential customers to explain products and convert orders
● Follow up with existing customers and gather feedback
● Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
● Handle customer queries and provide proper product guidance
● Maintain daily calling and sales reports
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and order processing





Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, outbound sales, or customer support
● Sales and calling experience is mandatory
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi
● Basic understanding and communication in English preferred
● Strong convincing and customer handling skills
● Presentable and skilled personality
● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Preferred Skills
● Shopify experience is a plus
● Social media knowledge is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits
● ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
