Job Summary

The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products securely, and ensuring timely dispatch from the Blinkit store or dark store. The role requires speed, accuracy, and adherence to quality and safety standards to support quick order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products according to customer orders using a handheld device or picking list.
- Verify item quantity, quality, and expiry date before packing.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during delivery.
- Label and organize orders for dispatch.
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or damaged items.
- Keep the store/warehouse clean and organized.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and order accuracy targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic reading and counting skills.




- Physically fit to stand, walk, and lift products during the shift.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on location and experience)
