Job Duties

· Student Care: Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.

· Discipline: Enforce hostel rules and manage daily decorum.

· Operations: Oversee room allocation, attendance, and visitor logs.

· Cleanliness: Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain hygiene across the premises.

· Maintenance: Handle day-to-day maintenance requests and report issues.

· Support: Address student concerns and resolve grievances promptly.

Requirements

· Age: 30 to 55 years preferred

· Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a hostel warden or in facility administration

· Language: Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English

· Skills: Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping is an advantage

· Stay: Willing to stay on hostel premises
