Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior QuickBooks Accountant with strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Canadian books, HST compliance, bank reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete bookkeeping and accounting activities for Canadian businesses.
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Handle Canadian HST calculations, filings, and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Review transactions, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Maintain proper chart of accounts and accounting records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and accounting summaries as required.
- Ensure books are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Required Skills & Experience

- Must have 3+ years of hands-on Candian accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Strong experience with Canadian accounting.




- Practical knowledge of Canadian HST and tax compliance.
- Excellent QuickBooks Online skills.
- Strong bank reconciliation and bookkeeping skills.
- Good understanding of Canadian accounting practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with Canadian companies or Canadian clients.
- Experience handling multiple company books.
- Experience with Canadian GST/HST returns and related compliance.
- Accounting certification or relevant accounting education is an advantage.

This is a Night Shift position aligned with Canadian business hours.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
