Job Summary
We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer to join our signage design and fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing safe, practical, and cost-effective structural designs for signage projects, including indoor and outdoor sign boards, pylons, hoardings, facade signage, ACP structures, LED signage, and customized branding structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural designs and drawings for signage projects based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Design support structures for sign boards, pylons, gantries, facade signage, rooftop signage, and branding installations.
- Calculate load requirements, including wind load, dead load, mounting load, and structural stability.
- Prepare fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and installation drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, production teams, project teams, and site engineers.
- Review site measurements and provide suitable structural solutions.
- Ensure all designs are safe, practical, and aligned with project specifications.
- Select appropriate materials such as MS, SS, aluminium, ACP frames, brackets, channels, and fasteners.
- Support the production team during fabrication and resolve technical issues.
- Visit project sites when required for inspection, measurement, and installation support.
- Ensure structural designs comply with safety standards and company quality requirements.
- Prepare BOQ,



material requirements, and technical details for project execution.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of structural design principles.
- Experience in signage, steel structure, fabrication, facade, or advertising industry preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of STAAD Pro, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of MS, SS, aluminium, ACP, acrylic, LED signage, and fabrication methods.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of wind load and structural safety calculations.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in signage, fabrication, construction, or structural design will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in designing outdoor signage structures, pylons, hoardings, facade signage, rooftop boards, or steel frames.
- Practical knowledge of fabrication and installation processes.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
