✔ End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

✔ Payroll Processing and Salary Administration

✔ Statutory Compliance Management (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, etc.)

✔ Employee Onboarding & Exit Formalities

✔ Attendance & Leave Management

✔ HR Documentation and MIS Reporting

✔ Employee Relations and Performance Management

✔ HR Policy Implementation and Compliance Monitoring

Mandatory Requirements:

✅ Only candidates with 4–6 years of HR experience may apply

✅ Strong Knowledge of Payroll Processing (Mandatory)

✅ Hands-on Experience in Statutory Compliance (Mandatory)





✅ Excellent Communication & Team Management Skills
