Job Description – E-commerce Executive (Marketplace Operations)

K.Mark Shawls is looking for a full-time E-commerce Executive to independently handle the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other e-commerce marketplaces
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, images and inventory
- Handle Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplace dashboards
- Process online orders and coordinate with the packing and dispatch team
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, refunds and replacement cases
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
- Resolve listing errors, catalogue issues and marketplace operational problems
- Monitor marketplace account health, notifications and performance metrics
- Update pricing, offers and product information as required
- Prepare basic sales, order, return and inventory reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Coordinate internally for new product launches, stock availability and catalogue updates
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily marketplace operations

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience required
- Must have practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub




- Should be able to independently handle listings, orders, returns, inventory and daily marketplace operations
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience with fashion, textile, apparel, shawls or accessories will be an advantage

Experience: 2–4 years required
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Candidates with strong hands-on marketplace experience who can independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab (Ludhiana): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
