About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

You will be responsible for developing new features, maintaining existing applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, implement, and optimise MongoDB databases and queries.
- Convert UI/UX designs and Figma layouts into functional, responsive web interfaces.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and applications when required.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimised for performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, QA teams, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js.




- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Good working knowledge of MongoDB and database design.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
- Understanding of authentication, authorisation, sessions, JWT, and basic web security practices.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- Valuable understanding of software development life cycle and development best practices.

Good to Have

- Experience with Next.js.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Docker and basic deployment practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
- Experience integrating payment gateways, third-party APIs, or external services.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimisation.
