We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Freight Broker to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US logistics and freight brokerage, with a solid understanding of carrier and shipper coordination, negotiation, and load booking.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Freight Brokerage
- Strong experience in US Logistics
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage loads, negotiate rates, and coordinate with carriers and shippers
- Candidates with only BPO, Dispatch or Compliance experience are requested not to apply
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Compensation & Incentives

- 25% incentive on earnings below $5,000
- 30% incentive on earnings above $5,000
- Salary credited on the 2nd of every month
- PF benefits applicable
