HR Manager – Key Duties | Mustcure Healthcare

- Hiring & Onboarding
- End-to-end recruitment, selection, joining, induction and onboarding.
- 30/60/90-day recent employee evaluation.
- Performance Management
- Set KRAs/KPIs for departments and individuals.
- Monthly performance evaluation and reporting.
- Identify high/low performers and initiate corrective actions.
- Organization Structure
- Maintain clear reporting hierarchy and responsibilities.
- Ensure accountability and smooth inter-department coordination.
- Culture Building
- Build a culture of discipline, ownership, accountability and teamwork.
- Reinforce company values and professional conduct.
- Employee Engagement
- Conduct employee activities, recognition programs and team-building initiatives.
- Encourage and appreciate good performance.




- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering manpower, hiring, performance, attendance, attrition and employee issues.
- Employee Retention & Discipline
- Handle grievances, discipline, retention initiatives and exit processes.
- HR System Building
- Develop HR SOPs, processes and systems to reduce management dependency and make HR operations self-running.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Human resources management: 2 years (Required)
