Legal Connect India is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will drive lead conversion, achieve revenue targets, monitor team performance, and ensure excellent customer service for clients seeking legal consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Assign and monitor daily leads from CRM.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the operations and legal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor call quality and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales executives.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
Required Skills
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sales closing and objection-handling skills.
- CRM and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Target-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Experience in LegalTech, BFSI, Insurance, Real Estate, EdTech, or BPO is preferred.
Salary
- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
