About the Role

We are looking for a CS Article Trainee who is eager to learn and gain practical exposure in Company Law, MCA/ROC compliances, and corporate secretarial work. The candidate will work closely with senior professionals and gain hands-on experience in various statutory and compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in MCA/ROC statutory filings for companies and LLPs.
- Assist in preparation and filing of AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, MGT-14, DIR-12, PAS-3, SH-7, ADT-1, etc.
- Assist in company and LLP incorporation and related MCA filings.
- Prepare drafts of Board Resolutions, Special Resolutions, Notices, Minutes, and other corporate documents.
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers and corporate records.
- Assist in annual and event-based compliances under the Companies Act.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of documents and required information.




- Assist seniors in handling ROC/MCA notices and compliance-related matters.
- Conduct basic research on Companies Act, LLP Act, rules, notifications, and MCA requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client assignments and compliance deadlines.
- Perform other Company Secretarial and corporate compliance work as assigned by seniors.

Eligibility

- Candidate should be pursuing Company Secretary (CS).
- CS Executive qualified / appearing candidates will be preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA/ROC compliance will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and drafting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work on multiple client assignments.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per hour
