We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist to strengthen our organic search and AI-search visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and E-E-A-T.

You will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing qualified organic traffic, optimizing content for traditional search engines and AI platforms, and developing strategies that help travelers discover and choose our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, AEO and GEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement optimization recommendations.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, indexing, crawling and overall search performance.
- Perform keyword research and search-intent analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Develop and optimize website content for Google Search, AI Search and answer engines.
- Improve website visibility across AI-powered platforms and generative search experiences.
- Build strategies around E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness and Trustworthiness).
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema markup and on-page SEO elements.
- Identify content gaps and create content strategies to improve topical authority.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them in search and AI results.
- Work closely with content, development, design and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.




- Track SEO performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, SERP changes and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a senior SEO role.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Content SEO.
- Practical knowledge of AEO, GEO and E-E-A-T.
- Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis and content optimization.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience using SEMrush/Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup, crawlability, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO performance.
