Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor restaurant maintenance and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of issues.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.

Guest Experience

- Ensure superior customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Build solid guest relationships to encourage repeat business.

Sales & Business Development

- Drive sales through effective promotional activities and upselling initiatives.




- Monitor daily sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Support local marketing activities and community engagement programs.

Financial Management

- Control restaurant costs, including food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.
- Manage cash handling, billing processes, and daily revenue reconciliation.
- Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, and business performance data.

Inventory & Compliance

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
