Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team at Suryabala River. The ideal candidate will act as a product expert and brand ambassador for River, helping customers understand the product, features, pricing, financing options and overall ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a dedicated Product Specialist and brand ambassador for River.
- Meet and exceed individual targets for pre-orders and test rides.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and test rides, highlighting key features relevant to customer needs.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, financing options, EMIs, incentives and delivery timelines.
- Guide customers through the River product range and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Ensure customers receive complete product information and capture their feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest product information, features, specifications,



and competitor offerings.
- Participate in micro-market activations and promotional events, including mall and apartment activities.
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

- Graduate / EEE/ Diploma preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates are preferred from retail, EV, automobile, or customer-facing environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a regional language.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Passionate about EV technology, automobiles and the mobility industry.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to explain product information in a simple, convincing and easily understandable manner.
- Candidates with experience in retail sales, automobile sales, EV sales or customer engagement will be preferred.
