Job Summary

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for commercial vehicle sales in Thane. The role involves meeting customers in the field, generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle options, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit local markets and meet potential customers.
- Connect with transporters, fleet owners, small business owners, and commercial vehicle users.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and available options.
- Generate recent sales leads through field visits and market activities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the dealership and finance team during the sales process.
- Assist customers with documentation and purchase-related requirements.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Share regular sales and market updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility CriteriaFreshers

- Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
- Freshers interested in field sales can apply.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.




- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Experienced Candidates

- Candidates with sales experience from any industry can apply.
- Experience in automobile, FMCG, consumer goods, finance, or other sales sectors will be considered.
- Good customer handling and sales skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and achieving sales targets.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives
