AbleCold is at an inflexion point and for the next phase of rapid growth, we are seeking individuals with high-energy, highly motivated to work in ambiguity, and interpersonal and cross-functional skills to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

● Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication methods to introduce our products/services and convincing them to use our services.

● Lead generation, prospecting, and identifying potential customers in the logistics sector.

● Help manage the sales pipeline by updating and maintaining accurate sales records,



including contact information and sales progress.

● Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Required skills/experience:

● Enthusiastic and self-driven, with a passion for logistics and customer interaction.

● Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

● Basic knowledge of logistics, business principles and sales techniques (if any) is a plus.

● Solid communication and interpersonal skills – English and Hindi proficiency is a must.

● Basic excel skills required.

Pay: ₹8,229.29 - ₹15,000.00 per month
