Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories across social media platforms.
- Research trends and develop creative content ideas.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Drive follower growth and improve engagement.
- Track and manage leads from social media channels.
- Coordinate photoshoots, content creation, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor page performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure all content aligns with the Kashish brand identity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.




- Experience in the fashion, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and digital storytelling.
