We are looking for a Garments Merchandiser who will work closely with the production, quality and dispatch teams to ensure that all buyer compliances, production approvals and dispatch requirements are completed within the required timeline.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to track the complete order cycle, ensure timely completion of GPT, Size Set, PP, SP and other required compliances, and make sure goods are ready for dispatch as per the delivery date.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the merchandising, production, quality, sampling and finishing teams for timely order execution.
- Manage and follow up on all required buyer compliances and approvals, including:
- GPT
- Size Set
- PP (Pre-Production Sample)
- SP / Shipment Sample
- Other buyer-specific approvals and requirements
- Maintain a explicit order-wise compliance and approval tracker.
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure samples, approvals and production activities are completed within the required timeframe.
- Track the complete order status from development/sampling through production,



finishing and dispatch.
- Ensure goods are ready for dispatch as per the committed delivery date.
- Identify delays or potential bottlenecks in advance and coordinate with the concerned teams for corrective action.
- Coordinate with production and finishing teams to ensure quantity, quality and packing requirements are completed before dispatch.
- Ensure all required documents, approvals and compliances are completed before shipment.
- Regularly update management regarding order status, pending approvals, delays and dispatch readiness.
- Maintain proper records of buyer comments, approvals, rejections and corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with the factory team to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
