Position: Telecaller Intern

About the Internship:

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Telecaller Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer communication, lead generation, sales support, and business development. Interns will work closely with the sales team to engage potential customers and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce company products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or callbacks for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Update lead status in Excel sheets or CRM software.
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post-Graduation.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.




- Willingness to learn sales and customer relationship management.
