Jai Vardhman Khaniz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Executive – Logistics to assist our Senior Logistics Manager in managing day-to-day dispatch, documentation, and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in road freight logistics, documentation, and driver/transporter coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Documentation & Compliance: Generate and manage E-way bills, transit passes, delivery challans, and gate passes for seamless movement of goods.

* Dispatch & Fleet Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatches as per sales schedules; follow up with transporters, fleet owners, and drivers from the point of loading to final destination delivery.

* Data Management: Maintain the daily dispatch register, vehicle movement logs, and enter all logistical data into the internal ERP systems accurately.

* Freight & Billing Support: Maintain daily and monthly freight variation records, verify transporter freight invoices against agreed rates, and flag discrepancies.

* Transporter Coordination: Maintain an updated directory of approved transporters, assist in rate queries, and maintain smooth day-to-day operational relationships.

* Issue Escalation & Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for driver loading/unloading delays,



transit breakdowns, or route bottlenecks, escalating critical issues to the Senior Logistics lead.

* Reporting: Assist in compiling weekly and monthly logistical reports, cost trends, and vehicle turnaround data for management reviews.

Requirements & Skills

* Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on logistics and dispatch experience, preferably in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

* Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of GST E-way bill portal, ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, dispatch sheet maintenance).

* Communication: Positive verbal communication in Hindi and regional language for driver/transporter interaction; functional written English.

* Strong problem-solving aptitude, punctuality, and ability to handle high dispatch volumes during peak business days.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
