Job Description

We are seeking a creative and imaginative Story Writer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a strong understanding of narrative structure, and hands-on experience writing engaging scripts and stories in English, Hindi for video, film, and digital content. Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is also required.

Responsibilities

- Develop original stories, scripts, and concepts for films, videos, advertisements, and digital content in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, digital marketing teams, and creative teams to shape and refine story ideas.
- Revise and edit scripts based on feedback and production requirements.
- Create compelling narratives suited for social media, digital campaigns, branded content, short films, and other platforms.
- Ensure that stories are engaging, coherent, and aligned with the company’s creative and marketing vision.
- Research topics, characters, audiences,



and themes to add depth and authenticity to stories.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
- Adapt storytelling approaches based on different brands, target audiences, and digital platforms.
- Maintain deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality content.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in story writing, scriptwriting, or creative writing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, preferably in a creative/content role.
- Proven story writing and scriptwriting experience in English and Hindi.
- Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating multilingual storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Solid imagination and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent command of language, grammar, dialogue, and narrative flow.
- Ability to adapt writing style for films, videos, advertisements, social media, and other digital formats.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original concepts and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand storytelling is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the video/film production process is a plus.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
