Requirements

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide ing, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and third-party tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Description

- ServiceNow Development: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with focus on ITSM & ITOM.
- Workflow Automation: Implement and optimize workflows, integrations, and orchestration.
- Incident & Change Management: Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
- Discovery & CMDB: Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Monitoring & Event Management: Implement ITOM modules like Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Management.
- Troubleshooting: Debug, optimize, and ensure performance of ServiceNow applications.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and user guides.

Pay: ₹231,458.56 - ₹831,458.56 per year
