Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
· Onboard and maintain relationships with builders, suppliers, ghat owners, and other key stakeholders.
· Understand customer requirements and promote our platform for smooth demand and supply management.
· Follow up with prospects, convert leads, and drive new sign-ups on the platform.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth platform usage.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining sales records and providing regular updates to management.
Eligibility
· 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
· Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Mining, Infrastructure, or similar sectors preferred.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
· Good customer handling and lead-conversion skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
· Energetic, adaptable, target-oriented, and comfortable travelling.
