About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of the Performance Marketing function, lead the team, manage high-budget campaigns, and drive measurable business results across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Performance Marketing team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, mentoring, and quality control.
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop performance strategies based on client objectives, target audience, industry, and business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns for ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CAC, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Handle D2C, lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Manage large advertising budgets and ensure efficient budget allocation and scaling.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, creative testing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.




- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
- Work closely with Creative, Social Media, SEO, Web Development, and Sales teams.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated with Meta, Google, AI tools, automation, tracking, attribution, and latest performance marketing trends.

Requirements

- 5–8+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience in team handling and multiple client account management.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns with proven results.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CAC, conversion tracking, funnels, and attribution.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to take complete ownership of performance marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and team performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
