We need a strong factory supervisor to direct manufacturing activities on the shop floor. You will organize worker shifts, monitor machine output, and drive production goals safely and efficiently.

- Set daily and weekly production targets and share them with the team.
- Assign tasks and plan staff work schedules.
- Train current staff on machine use and safety rules.
- Check product quality against set standards.
- Enforce health and safety guidelines on the floor.
- Track equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
- Write daily and weekly progress reports for managers.

Requirements and Skills

- High school diploma; a degree in engineering or business is a plus.
- Two or more years of work experience in a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Good knowledge of production machinery and safety laws.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency
