Lead a team of Laravel developers to plan, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and modern PHP practices

Architect and optimize database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL), ensuring high performance and reliability

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security measures across the team

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions

Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (Google, Facebook, AWS, payment gateways, etc.)

Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure the successful delivery of features in Agile/Scrum environments

Perform performance tuning, security hardening, and DevOps enhancements

Act as a technical mentor to junior developers and provide training as required

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

Ensure CI/CD pipelines are effectively implemented and maintained

Requirements

Expertise in Laravel, PHP (OOP & MVC), and MySQL/PostgreSQL

Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js or React.js

Solid understanding of RESTful API and GraphQL design principles

Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows

Familiarity with caching systems (Redis, Memcached)

Experience with Docker, AWS, and containerized deployments (Kubernetes is a plus)

Knowledge of authentication and security: OAuth, JWT, CSRF, XSS protection

Understanding of TDD and automated testing tools (PHPUnit, Dusk)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines

Experience or familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal (preferred)
