Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Handle joining formalities, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee queries.
- Support payroll and other HR operations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement and other HR activities.
- Manage exit formalities, resignation, notice period, and Full & Final coordination.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
