Job Summary:

Candour Legal is seeking a Sanad-holding law graduate to handle both litigation and non-litigation work. The ideal candidate should be open to exploring and learning new legal avenues. This role offers comprehensive legal exposure, providing hands-on experience in various aspects of the legal profession. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with clients, documenting their concerns, briefing senior advocates, and conducting legal research.

Assisting in legal consultations under the guidance of senior advocates.

Filing suits, managing adjournments, and handling procedural aspects of litigation.

Advising corporate clients on project-related legal queries.

Assisting senior lawyers in case preparation, court proceedings,



and client advisory.

Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.

Representing clients in court proceedings and handling litigation matters as required.
