Job Title: Freelance Strategic Partnership Manager

Experience: 2–5 Years (EdTech / Placement Coordination / Corporate Relations)

1. Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in EdTech, tech bootcamps, or institutional placement cells as a Strategic Partnership Manager, Placement Coordinator, or Corporate Relations Lead.
- Industry Network: Strong, active network with HR directors, hiring managers, and corporate tech recruiters.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with developer hiring requirements for roles in MERN, Fullstack, React, Node.js, and Java.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Partnership Outreach: Identify and establish hiring partnerships with client companies actively recruiting developers.
- Requirement Gathering: Collect job specifications, experience expectations, CTC budgets, and hiring timelines.
- Seamless Handover: Loop in Utilized's internal operations team once a corporate client expresses active hiring intent to manage candidate delivery and scheduling.

3. Expected Deliverables & Collaboration Model

- Target Volume:



Source and connect at least 2-3 active hiring companies per week (targeting 8 to 10 companies per month).
- Support Model: No need to handle day-to-day interview logistics—simply loop our operations team directly into active client conversations, and we drive end-to-end execution while securing your payout eligibility.

4. Compensation & Payment Terms

- Incentive Model: Competitive per-placement payouts for every successful candidate hire closed through your partnered companies (slab-wise breakdown provided during onboarding).
- Disbursement Timeline: Payments are processed and disbursed within 30 to 60 days post candidate's official joining date.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
