Key Responsibilities

Manage overall dealership operations, including sales, service, spare parts, and administration.

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/annual business targets.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and channel partners.

Lead and motivate sales, service, and support teams.

Monitor inventory, equipment movement, receivables, and operational costs.

Coordinate with manufacturers/OEMs regarding dealership operations, targets, supplies, and support.

Identify new business opportunities in the construction and heavy equipment market.

Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.

Prepare MIS reports and provide regular business updates to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/MBA preferred, with relevant experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery,



automobile dealership, or a related industry.

4–5 years of relevant experience in dealership/business management.

Strong knowledge of sales, service, customer handling, and team management.

Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Target-oriented and capable of independently managing business operations.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal will be preferred.

Compensation

₹60,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
