Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior CFD Engineer who can independently handle complex CFD projects from geometry preparation and meshing through simulation, post-processing, technical reporting, and client interaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent and a solid understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, turbulence modeling, and numerical methods.

The candidate will also be responsible for leading projects, coordinating with engineering teams, and mentoring junior CFD engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute CFD projects involving airflow, heat transfer, ventilation, cooling, and thermal management.
- Perform geometry cleanup and preparation for CFD analysis.
- Create and review computational meshes.
- Set up and execute CFD simulations using ANSYS Fluent and other CFD tools.
- Perform steady-state and transient CFD analyses.
- Conduct simulations for Data Centers, HVAC systems, industrial ventilation,



electronics cooling, and process equipment.
- Perform post-processing and interpret simulation results.
- Validate CFD results using engineering calculations and available experimental data.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for clients.
- Participate in technical discussions and client meetings.
- Coordinate with CAD, MEP, and project teams for project execution.
- Review technical work performed by junior engineers.
- Mentor and guide junior CFD engineers.
- Support proposal preparation, estimation, and technical methodology development.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of hands-on CFD experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of:
- Fluid Mechanics
- Heat Transfer
- Turbulence Modeling
- Numerical Methods
- CFD Fundamentals
- Experience with CFD meshing tools such as ANSYS Meshing, SpaceClaim, or equivalent.
- Ability to independently manage CFD projects from setup to final reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
