Purpose of the Job:

To provide strategic financial leadership to the organization by overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, cost management, business analytics, investor relations, treasury management, and risk governance. The role is responsible for driving financial performance, supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, optimizing costs, and providing insightful financial analysis to the Board, investors, and senior leadership team.

Strategic Finance & Business Planning

Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and business performance reviews.

Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and business analytics.

Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, capital investments, and expansion opportunities.

Establish and monitor financial KPIs to improve profitability and cash flow management.

Advise the leadership team on business growth, risk management, and financial sustainability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements in compliance with IND AS.

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI regulations, and statutory filings.

Present quarterly and annual financial results in the prescribed regulatory format.

Review financial performance of subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associate entities.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Lead tax planning initiatives and ensure effective governance and compliance management.

Cost Management & Profitability

Analyze cost structures and identify cost optimization opportunities across operations.

Develop cost allocation frameworks for enhanced profitability analysis.

Implement cost control measures and monitor financial efficiency.





Prepare detailed cost reports and management information systems (MIS).

Evaluate product-wise, project-wise, and customer-wise profitability.

Risk Management & Internal Controls

Identify financial, operational, compliance, and business risks.

Strengthen internal control systems and governance frameworks.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial exposure.

Stakeholder & Investor Relations

Prepare presentations and financial reports for Board members, investors, and senior management.

Conduct financial research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

Support fundraising activities, banking relationships, and investor communications.

Assist management in strategic reviews and business performance discussions.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Costing, and Compliance teams.

Drive performance management, capability building, and succession planning.

Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional departments.

Educational Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- Additional qualifications such as CMA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or Executive Management Programs will be an added advantage.

Years of Experience:

- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounts, Regulatory Compliance, Business Analytics, Cost Management, and Strategic Finance.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Building Materials, Engineering, Infrastructure, or related sectors preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior finance leadership role is desirable.

Knowledge Required:

- IND AS, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and RBI Regulations.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).
- Consolidation of Financial Statements.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Analytics.
- Costing and Cost Control Methodologies.
- Financial Modelling and Investment Evaluation.
- Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Corporate Governance.
- Treasury Management and Working Capital Optimization.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
