About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Presales Executive / Telecallers to support our sales and business development activities. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Update customer information and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
