Job Responsibilities

- Process and manage customer orders received through the admin panel.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and monitor delivery status across courier platforms.
- Follow up on delayed, RTO, replacement, and return orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment updates and escalations.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Support stock planning, replenishment, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure accurate order processing and smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

- Experience in e-commerce operations or logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of courier platforms like Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, etc.
- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.




- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates from D2C brands, marketplaces, or ecommerce companies.
- Experience handling order fulfillment and courier coordination.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
