CTC Band (monthly): Rs 55,000 (band: Rs 45,000 - 65,000 depending on experience) Target Hiring Window: Week 3-4 — 2 openings Key Responsibilities  Own day-to-day relationship for an assigned set of 8-10 clients  Maintain the daily SOW delivery tracker for assigned clients — deliverable, owner, due date, status  Run weekly client check-ins; flag scope or delivery risk early  Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Social, Technology, and Content teams to keep delivery on schedule  Review and send the monthly client report under their own name  Act as first point of escalation on client matters before Head of Client Servicing & Delivery Must-Have Skills / Screening Criteria  Proven track record owning multiple client relationships simultaneously (5+ concurrent accounts)  Comfortable presenting numbers and status in a client meeting independently  Organised, tracker-driven working style  Confident escalating problems early rather than late Valuable to Have  Prior experience in an education-sector or higher-ed client portfolio  Exposure to digital marketing SOWs/retainer structures

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
