We are looking for a responsible and punctual Field Executive to coordinate candidate transportation and ensure candidates reach their assigned workplaces safely and on time.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, communicating with candidates, coordinating pick-up/drop-off activities, and providing timely updates to the HR/recruitment team through WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up candidates from their PG/accommodation as per the assigned schedule.
- Drop candidates at their assigned workplace.
- Coordinate candidate pick-up and drop-off as per company requirements.
- Ensure candidates reach the workplace safely and on time.
- Communicate with candidates regarding reporting times, locations, and transportation.
- Send a WhatsApp update/message after every candidate deployment.
- Maintain regular communication with the HR/recruitment team.
- Handle field coordination and resolve basic transportation/deployment issues.
- Occasionally work after 6:00 PM, depending on business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.




- Ability to send deployment and status-update messages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple candidates.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Previous experience in field operations, recruitment coordination, delivery, transportation, or similar roles is an advantage.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Occasional work after 6:00 PM may be required based on candidate deployment and company requirements.
