Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executive to support our business expansion activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with leads provided by the company, making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring that genuine enquiries are promptly forwarded to the appropriate department for further action.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and follow up with all leads assigned by the company.
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s products/services.
- Understand the customer’s requirements, business needs, and level of interest.
- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
- Respond to incoming enquiries and collect relevant information from potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, interest, and potential business value.




- Forward qualified enquiries and customer requirements to the relevant department for further communication and closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure timely responses and avoid missed opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure leads are properly handed over and followed up.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Update lead information and activity reports regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
