Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-
end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should
have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience hiring
for technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing,
and onboarding
ï‚· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
ï‚· Recruit for technical roles (CCTV, embedded systems, software, hardware)
and support roles
ï‚· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and
timelines
ï‚· Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels
ï‚· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
ï‚· Support basic HR operations and compliance as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
 2–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
ï‚· Experience in both Technical & Non-Technical hiring.
ï‚· Good understanding of recruitment portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
ï‚· Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
ï‚· Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
ï‚· Basic knowledge of HR processes
