Job Summary

Livestream Coffee is seeking passionate, energetic, and growth-oriented Baristas to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in coffee, beverage preparation, and hospitality while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation

- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and serving standards across all beverages.
- Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation and execution.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during service hours.

Coffee Preparation

- Prepare espresso-based beverages including Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Flat White, Mocha, and other specialty coffee drinks.
- Perform coffee grinding, dosing, extraction monitoring, milk steaming, and milk texturing according to established standards.
- Monitor beverage quality and ensure all drinks meet Livestream Coffee standards.
- Continuously improve coffee knowledge and beverage preparation skills.

Equipment Handling & Maintenance

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment and workstations.
- Report equipment issues and maintenance requirements promptly.
- Follow equipment care procedures to ensure longevity and performance.
- Ensure efficient workflow during peak hours while maintaining quality and speed

Hygiene & Food Safety

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients, coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies.
- Adhere to all company SOPs related to quality and safety.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and service area.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and presentation.

Inventory Support

- Monitor daily usage of beverage ingredients and supplies.
- Report stock shortages to supervisors.
- Support stock rotation and proper storage practices.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and supplies; coordinate with management for stock replenishment.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with fellow baristas, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during service hours.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso calibration, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality background preferred).
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Barista certification or specialty coffee training (optional but desirable).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
